Used Vinyl
In addition to the amazing new vinyl selection, Jordan has an immaculate used record collection that includes rare, hard to find and collectible albums. JVG takes extreme precautions to ensure all records are presented fairly and accurately by providing condition notes and a grading (in accordance with the Goldmine Grading Standards) for every record on the website. While JVG offers a wide array of good condition albums, we also offer lots of discount and cheap records for the budget conscious collectors. Ready to start digging?
Used CDs
Are you a believer in the sound of CDs? JVG also has an amazing assortment of used CDs for all genres including rock, pop, jazz, blues, funk, soul, R&B, reggae, country, classical and easy listening. CDs are all graded using the same goldmine standard, however, all CDs on the website are guaranteed in quality as the minimum media of any CD is VG. Don't believe us? Have a look for yourself!

How are the records cleaned and cared for?
All used records are cleaned using a VPI Industries HW-16.5 cleaning machine. In addition, all used records come in an industry standard 3-mil polyethylene plastic inner and outer sleeve.
How are the records graded?
Jordan's Vinyl Garage uses the industry standard Goldmine grading scheme to assess the condition of record. In addition, condition notes are attached to some product pages outlining important identifiers. Please visit the Vinyl Grading Scheme for more details.
What is your shipping policy?
All shipments are held to a maximum of 2 business days for handling time, meaning all orders are shipped out within 1-2 days. While we cannot guarantee shipping times, shipments within Canada usually take 2-5 days.
How are the records packaged to ensure they do not break?
Jordan's Vinyl Garage prides itself on its safe packaging. We use custom made record mailers that ensure 360 degree coverage of the contents inside. We use extra foam and padding when needed, and guarantee all orders as all shipments made are insured.
What is your return policy?
Jordan's Vinyl Garage offers a full 30 day refund policy for all items that are not marked "final sale". For all new items, they must be returned unopened in their original packaging. For all used items, they must be returned in the exact condition at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back at their own expense. Upon receiving the goods, a full refund will be issued. Please visit the refunds policy for more information.
Can I make a request for a record I do not see on the website?
Of course! Use the contact form to send us an email, and we will do our best to see if we have it in storage. Please understand that we get approximately 10-20 requests a day so we cannot guarantee a quick response
How often are new arrivals posted?
All the time! We do our best to post new arrivals several times a week. Although we can't promise when new arrivals will be posted to the website, they happen quite often. Our used record inventory is constantly turning over very quickly, so we try to replenish as frequently as possible.
